Ryan Stelzer

Ryan is co-founder and Managing Director at Strategy of Mind, catering to global clients across diverse industries, ranging from Fortune 50 companies to regional non-profits; from CEOs to recent graduates.

Prior to consulting, Ryan served at The White House during the Obama Administration, playing a key role in various impactful initiatives led by the Chief Performance Officer of the United States and the Director of National Intelligence. He holds a master's degree from the University of Chicago, a certificate in Corporate Finance from Columbia Business School, and an undergraduate degree from Boston University and the University of Cambridge in the UK.

Ryan’s published work has received over 1 million collective views across leading international media platforms including The Washington Post, TEDx, LinkedIn, Quartz , and Fast Company. His first book, Think Talk Create: Building Workplaces Fit for Humans, which Ryan co-authored, was published by Hachette: PublicAffairs in September 2021.
